Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)
Supporting senior Australians live well and independently.
The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) is an entry-level home support program that helps senior Australians to live independently and safely at home. To determine whether you may be eligible for CHSP, you will need to undergo an assessment. To find out more about the program and check if you are eligible, please visit My Aged Care.
Home health services, such as nursing care, support older Australians to live well and remain as independent as possible. Having care delivered in the home means the services provided are aligned to the home environment, reinforcing our commitment to support long-term independence. It also means saving time and expense in travelling to a clinic for an appointment.
Amplar Home Health is committed to delivering quality healthcare support to all, including those accessing Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) services. As one of the leading providers of mobile health services in Australia, our 450+ strong team of practitioners has the extensive experience and capacity delivering healthcare to clients on behalf of CHSP providers.
