General nursing, personal care, medication management, wound care and other practical support which may help individuals remain independent at home.
From November 2025, the new Support at Home program will replace existing home care models, bringing a stronger focus on clinical care, reablement, and quality outcomes. We know that some people may not be able to leave their home easily and others might like the convenience of staying put so we have a network of friendly mobile allied health practitioners who can, where clinically appropriate, provide care in homes and aged care settings

^Services delivered by Amplar Home Health are assessed against the following NSQHS Standards: Clinical Governance Standard, Partnering with Consumers Standard, Preventing and Controlling Healthcare-Associated Infection Standard, Medication Safety Standard, Comprehensive Care Standard, Communicating for Safety Standard, Recognising and Responding to Acute Deterioration Standard. We do not do blood transfusions or deliver other blood products so are not assessed against the Blood Management Standard.
