How can our nurses help
Our friendly home health nurses are experienced and equipped to care for a range of conditions in the comfort of your own home. By visiting you at home, your nurse aims to provide the care and support you need to keep you as healthy and independent as possible.
This care may include:
- Assessment, monitoring and assistance with general health, wellbeing, and recovery
- Assistance with medication management including prompting and administration
- Wound care management including complex wounds
- Catheter and continence management
- Administration of intravenous therapies
- Management of stomas including education for patients and their loved ones
- Diabetes management including monitoring blood glucose levels and administration of insulin
- Liaison with your GP and other health professionals.
