Digital Guided Therapy

The Amplar Health Digital Guided Therapy (DGT) program gives people easy access to mental health support online. It uses evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) through the SilverCloud® platform, combined with guidance from qualified clinicians. The program runs for eight weeks and includes two telehealth sessions, three online check-ins, and self-paced digital tools.

After the program, participants keep access to SilverCloud for 12 months. DGT is designed for adults with mild to moderate mental health concerns, helping them manage stress, anxiety, and low mood in a flexible, private way. It’s free for eligible participants and offers personalised care that fits into everyday life.
