Virtual health

Virtual health

Providing individuals with access to healthcare providers no matter where they are.* Our health solutions for partners include triage, mental health support and health concierge services delivered via a range of channels including telephone, video, SMS, email, web chat and smartphone app.

What is virtual health?

Virtual health is when you have a consultation with a healthcare provider by phone or video call and your healthcare provider has determined that a physical examination may not be necessary. It can be a convenient solution when you can’t see a healthcare provider face-to-face.

Virtual health support

We’re proud to be one of Australia’s major providers of telephone and web-based health support services and have the capability to provide health support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our services are built on a flexible model, allowing rapid response to meet changes in demand and need.

COVID-19 response

In 2020 when COVID-19 hit, we were quick to respond by recruiting over 600 telehealth professionals within weeks to provide targeted covid related health support to people in Australia.

Health navigation

Our team provide health advice and navigation through a range of online and telehealth platforms to support individuals and their families. This can include support after hours and on weekends.

Our virtual health capabilities

At Amplar Health, we have a range of virtual services to help address the health needs of people in Australia including:

GP virtual consultations

GP telehealth and video consultations that focus on addressing immediate care needs, following escalation from a triage nurse.

Mental health support
